As guides through the media landscape, we know that everyone must be reliable. How do we achieve this? It's simple: everyone here is passionate about their job because they do exactly what they do best. We will also assign you to a role that matches your passion and where you will enjoy yourself the most. We are happy to give you the opportunity to develop your skills in an additional discipline.
There is an extraordinary team spirit at our base camp. A love of team sports and a sense of community shape our organization and culture. Team leaders put together the strongest team for each individual project. They are the point of contact for creativity and craftsmanship. Everyone contributes, and everyone takes responsibility. If you love steep hierarchies, you won't find them here.
We are over 50 mountaineers who set out together every day for our customers. Our team spirit is unique. We support and motivate each other. Even outside of base camp: we keep our eyes open at exhibitions and events, travel through cities and the countryside, and seek out the latest trends. We enthusiastically put together teams for sporting events and soccer tournaments. On Wednesdays, there's spaghetti for everyone, and on Fridays, butter pretzels.
We design and build extraordinary objects, whether exhibition stands, showrooms, canteens, or shop fittings. We need your support to ensure that the electrical systems also function exceptionally well. You will work on the beautiful things in life, in a varied and diverse role. And digitally, because media technology is playing an increasingly important role in our objects. You love challenges and variety. Then you will enjoy working in our team of individualists!
You are a truck driver, carpenter, locksmith, electrician, network technician, and IT specialist all rolled into one. Sometimes you might even be a cook and psychologist. You are a special kind of person: an individualist, hard-working, friendly, and above all flexible, whether you are a man or a woman. Often left to your own devices, you master the major, often unforeseen challenges of everyday exhibition life. However, people help and support each other at exhibitions—even among competitors. Because if you don't have the right tools or materials, you're on your own. Among exhibition constructors, Europe is lived as Brussels would like to see it everywhere on the continent. Vocational training is good, but experience in manual work is more important to us.
You will manage the assembly and dismantling of exhibition stands across Europe. You are ready for action, flexible, decisive, and able to lead a team of fitters. You are familiar with wood and metal and know where to attach the famous Siemens air hook. Meeting deadlines is a challenge for you, not a burden. At the end of the day, you can look back with pride on what you and your team have achieved in just a few days and hand over the perfect stand to your customers.
Our interior designers create different spaces in companies, e.g., cafeterias, meeting rooms, entrance areas, showrooms, and others. The selected furniture and furnishings are purchased from our partners or custom-made. We install them at the customer's premises and adjust them as necessary. We would like to assign this task to a carpenter—your craftsmanship skills are what count for us: if you are a gifted fitter, you are welcome even without formal training.
