From our long-standing collaboration with Bentley, we know that this is also part of the Bentley style: Sebastian Büchert, CEO of Bentley, is an avowed advocate of on-site rather than remote work. For the new building at the Hechingen site, he is focusing on a spatial concept that promotes community and collaboration in person. As an important center for communication and exchange on site, the design of the cafeteria is given top priority, even ahead of the conference rooms.
We kicked off the “Interior Design” project with Bentley with a groundbreaking workshop. The result: the consistent implementation of corporate interior design and the perfect translation of the unique Bentley style throughout the entire company building. In addition to the conference rooms, the cafeteria has become a real showcase project—especially in terms of adding value through multiple uses of the space.
The term “Bentley Style” stands for the characteristics of a successful global player: pleasant and attentive, ambitious and aspiring, progressive and fun-loving. The interior design of the new company building highlights further core aspects of Bentley: a passion for high-quality design, exquisite materials, and the care that distinguishes Bentley as an employer and manufacturer of quality medical technology products.
Because we already work together in other areas, we know exactly what matters to Bentley. With a constant eye on the holistic brand image, we have internalized the Bentley style. We bring the medical technology company's corporate identity to life at exhibitions. Until now, we have focused on implementing the elegant corporate design in a wide variety of print and online media — now also in interior design.

Bentley commissions us to design its new canteen, followed by conference rooms and offices. Our joint planning process begins with an intensive workshop with the project managers to define the exact requirements and wishes. We note down the requirements for the future canteen: a meeting place for Bentley's talented employees that also offers space for discussions and team meetings. The “BeUnited” concept is displayed throughout the entire room and later prominently on the wall.
The flexible layout of the cafeteria is designed to maximize space efficiency. Multifunctional and equipped for various purposes, the canteen is designed to be used as a cozy dining area, but also for meetings, training sessions, or celebrations. A highlight of the canteen is the mobile seating staircase, which can be used as a room divider or additional seating, allowing even larger groups to gather.
The color scheme of the Bentley corporate design provides the creative framework, which is emphasized by the subtle wall design and draws the eye through the large window front to the impressive backdrop of Hohenzollern Castle. The mix of high-quality materials, including warm wood, combined with the typical Bentley color scheme, creates a lively and inviting atmosphere. Loving details such as seat covers, cushions, vases, and plants contribute to making everyone feel comfortable in the room.
The canteen offers the Bentley team a selection of ready-made meals and snacks. Those who bring their own food can prepare it in the fully equipped kitchenettes. We strike a balance between functionality and aesthetics with our selection of crockery, cutlery, and glasses, which fit in visually with the corporate interior design and meet the high standards of everyday usability.

With a wink, Bentley references its famous British namesake: in the middle of the cafeteria stands an original 1970s Bentley, whose interior has been converted into an exclusive meeting room.
A refrigerator, coffee machine, and bar are integrated. Following the idea of CEO Sebastian Büchert, we made sure that the interior of this showpiece did justice to the gleaming chrome and “Bentley style.”

In addition to the option of holding meetings in the canteen, there are also the Bentley conference rooms, which are used exclusively for on-site or online meetings. Our long-standing partner ICT provides the media technology and sound equipment, which is particularly useful for connecting with partners worldwide. We house the high-end technology in a stylish media wall, together with all the important tools for efficient working. Here, once again, our attention to detail is evident: floor coverings, upholstery, and chairs are perfectly matched to the corporate interior design and reflect the company's commitment to high quality. Under our direction, we create spaces for people who always have well-being and value creation in mind.
We are implementing the signage system developed with Bentley in terms of design. The pictograms and lettering, milled and painted in 3D optics, are an expression of our love of high quality and detail. They complete the Bentley look and blend harmoniously into the overall design – just like the signage in the parking garage, which also originated from our creative pool.
